Spring land rezoning started in the city of Huichon and Hyangsan County of Jagang Province. The land rezoning shock brigade, which went to Jagang Province, got to the spring land rezoning this year with a bold plan to rezone 800 hectares of land as standardized fields for mechanization before sowing.
