Greetings to DPRK Premier from President of Council of Ministers of Cuba
The message extended congratulations to Pak Thae Song on his appointment as Premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK.
Saying it is a priority matter to defend and expand the fraternal ties between the governments and peoples of the two countries, the message expressed a will to keep close bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation all the time.
