Song and dance performance given by Mansudae Art Troupe
A song and dance performance was given by the Mansudae Art Troupe at the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre on the 15th in celebration of the 114th birth anniversary of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung .
Appreciating the performance were Pak Thae Song, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and other senior officials of the Party and the government, officials of ministries and national agencies, and officials and labour innovators in the city of Pyongyang.
The national anthem of the DPRK was played.
The performance started with the immortal masterpiece "Nostalgia". The performers highly praised the sacred revolutionary life of ComradeKim Il Sung who performed the immortal exploits for the country, revolution, times and history with his outstanding ideology and energetic leadership.
The audience was greatly moved by the numbers which showed the mentality and indomitable spirit peculiar to the Korean people who are building a bright future of Korean-style socialism under the wise leadership of the respected ComradeKim Jong Un , holding high the banner of independence in politics, self-sustenance in the economy and self-reliance in national defence.
