A delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation led by Minister Vladimir Kolokoltev arrived in Pyongyang on the 20th to visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of the Ministry of Public Security of the DPRK.
The national flags of the DPRK and Russia were fluttering at the flagpoles of the Pyongyang International Airport and guards of honour of the Korean People's Army were standing at the apron in front of the terminal.
The delegation was greeted by Pang Tu Sop, Minister of Public Security of the DPRK, officials concerned, Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.
A security woman gave a bouquet to Vladimir Kolokoltev.
