Russian delegation back home
  The delegation of the Hydro-Meteorological and Environmental Survey Bureau of the Russian Federation led by Director Igor Shumakov returned home on the 8th.
  It was seen off at the Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the State Hydro-Meteorological Administration and the charge d'affaires ad interim and other staff members of the Russian embassy in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
