Pang Un Chol wins three gold medals at 2026 Asian Weightlifting Championships
The championships brought together more than 170 excellent men and women weightlifters from over 20 countries and regions.
In the men's 60-kilogram event on the 11th, Pang Un Chol lifted 130 kilograms in snatch, 174 kilograms in clean and jerk (new world record and new Asian record) and 304 kilograms in total and thus placed first in snatch, clean and jerk, and total, winning three gold medals.
