Successes reported in construction of regional-industry factories
  Officers and men of the 124th Regiments of the Korean People's Army, who are advancing in the van of implementing the regional development policy of the Workers' Party of Korea in the new era, are performing feats in the struggle for glorifying this year again as a year of proud victory in the rural revolution.
  Thanks to the devoted efforts of the soldier-builders, the framework of regional-industry factories was finished with success in 20 cities and counties.
  The Non-Permanent Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defence for the Regional Development 20×10 Policy organizes and commands the projects in a scientific way and scrupulously with main stress on the full operation of construction equipment while grasping the building force, supply of materials and transportation in detail.
