Saying that the Vietnamese party, state and people extend congratulations to the fraternal Korean Party, state and people on their remarkable successes achieved over the past 78 years, the message expressed the belief that the fraternal Korean people would open up a new era of prosperity and development by continuously attaining the goals and missions set forth by the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea under its leadership headed by the respected Comrade
It expressed the pleasure over the fact that the traditional relations of friendship between the two parties and countries continue to be consolidated and developed and the both sides implement the items of agreement made between the top leaders of the two countries in a practical and effective way after their meeting in Pyongyang in October 2025.
