The message said he takes it a great pleasure over the fact that the fraternal Korean people have achieved comprehensive and great successes in the work for firmly defending the country, developing economy and constantly improving the the people's livelihood by dynamically waging the struggle for defence and development of the state over the past 78 years under the wise leadership of the WPK.
Taking it satisfactory for the constant strengthening and development of the traditional relations of friendship between the LPDR and the DPRK, it expressed the firm belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations with long history between the two countries will be further expanded and developed by common efforts of both sides, thus bringing practical interests to the peoples of the two countries and making contribution to peace, stability, cooperation and development of the region and the rest of the world.
