Seventh Congress of GAKC and Sixth General Meeting of AYKNC held
Present at the congress were Chairwoman Choe Un Bok and other officials of the General Association of Koreans in China, chairpersons of regional associations and heads of branch offices under it and members of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China and the Association of Young Korean Nationals in China.
The national anthem of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was played.
The congress discussed three agenda items--"On Summing up the Work of the General Association of Koreans in China during the Period under Review", "On the Amendment of Rules of the General Association of Koreans in China" and "On the Election of New Leadership Organ of the General Association of Koreans in China".

The congress was followed by an art performance and a reception.
Prior to the congress, the Sixth General Meeting of the Association of Young Korean Nationals in China was held on the 6th.
The general meeting summed up the work of the association, adopted its revised and supplemented rules and formed a new leadership organ.
