Efforts concentrated on production of efficient machines
  The Vehicles Industry Bureau is concentrating efforts on organizing economic work for developing and producing efficient machinery and equipment.
  Its officials are actively pushing ahead with the work to develop and produce vehicles including tractors and rice harvesters suited to the geographical features of the countryside and different kinds of engines.
  The bureau is also putting efforts into developing and producing battery-powered loaders, forklifts and trucks.
