Appellation Given to Instructors of the Korean Children's Union

In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea there is the Korean Children's Union, a juvenile revolutionary organization of Juche and mass political organization of the Korean children.
All the schoolchildren go through the days of the Children's Union during their growth.
The Ninth Congress of the Korean Children's Union was held in the capital city of Pyongyang in late December 2022.
The respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un sent a letter to the participants in the congress.
In the letter, he importantly mentioned the role of school instructors of the Korean Children's Union in charge of its organizations.
Among the participants at that time was Jong Sol Hyang, instructor of the Korean Children's Union from the Tongan Primary School in Central District, together with the delegates of the Union across the country. She said:
"In the letter he sent to the Ninth Congress of the Korean Children's Union, the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un said the work of the school instructors of the Korean Children's Union is something worth trying during one’s youth and highly appreciated that they are the first teachers of the rising generations and their political guardians and ranking teachers.
The organizational life in the Korean Children's Union is the socio-political life the schoolchildren experience for the first time after their birth. The schoolchildren will lay a firm foundation for their growth as good people in the days of the Korean Children's Union.
While working as a school instructor of the Korean Children's Union, I find that the ways and level of thinking of schoolchildren are unusual.
That is why Marshal Kim Jong Un said the edification of members of the Korean Children's Union should be different from ages to ages and from one region to another and that the edification of youth and students is an important area of study."
Some days after the congress, on the first day of the New Year 2023, Kim Jong Un had a photo session with the delegates of the Korean Children's Union.

Kim Jong Un, who is always concerned for the growth of the rising generations to shoulder the future of the country, took measures to hold the National Grand Workshop of School Instructors of the Korean Children's Union, the first of its kind in the Korean history, in late March this year.
Jong Sol Hyang said the grand workshop served as an important occasion in strengthening the work of the Korean Children's Union by educating the schoolchildren with new methods according to their level of consciousness and mental qualities and the realistic conditions, and continued:
"Marshal Kim Jong Un said we, the school instructors of the Korean Children's Union, are designers, operation planners and executors of the work of the Children's Union.
In front of the worthwhile appellation, I think that the work of our school committee of the Korean Children's Union depends on how actively I do the work.
I keenly felt once again that all the schoolchildren can grow to be good pillars of the country when we take care of the members of the Korean Children's Union with maternal affection and devote ourselves to the work of the Union with pure conscience."
The school instructors of the Korean Children's Union are assigned with the duty to lead all the schoolchildren step by step to grow up properly to live up to the pledge they made in front of the flag of the Union.
As fertile soil produces good fruits, so the organizations of the Korean Children's Union should be strong if they are to train their members as stout persons.
