Going round the paddy fields of the afflicted area,
Looking at the farm fields expecting rich harvest after completely healing the damage, he said with great pleasure: These farm fields are permeated with the sweat of loyalty shed by our service personnel. Thanks to their patriotism and loyalty, golden ears of grain will ripple in this place affected by natural disaster.
On his order, pilots of Unit 2623 of the KPA immediately got to their mission of flight to drop agrochemicals on the relevant inundated area successfully with the desire to be loyal to the duty and absolute mission of the people's army perfectly ready for any tasks all the time to defend the lives, security and happiness of the people.
He highly appreciated that soon after the occurrence of the damage by typhoon, the service personnel of the People's Army got to the rehabilitation of the inundated farmland and wrought a miracle of restoring it to its original state in a short span of time and they have wonderfully carried out their another mission for improving the growth of crops. He said: Our service personnel are not only courageous in the battle fields but also they always implement the Party policies in the van, look after the interests of the people, protect the property of the country and are ready to contribute to the grain production. Their strong mentality is a unique nature of the KPA and a due obligation and duty.
It is not because of large damaged area of 200 hectares that the Party Central Committee mobilized our service personnel to the work for rehabilitation of damage by typhoon. As we cannot give an inch of land to the enemy on the fighting front, so we cannot be deprived of even a hectare of land by the wildness of the nature on the agricultural front directly related to the people's living. That's why I made up my mind to assign the honourable task to our People's Army. Our army should become genuine and faithful servants of the people who do not make a concession in defending the welfare of the people.
One of the important purposes of having organized the campaign of damage rehabilitation with the service personnel of the People's Army was aimed at making them stand once again on the front of struggle for defending the lives and property of the people and thus further increasing the peculiar spiritual strength and fighting efficiency of the People's Army and encouraging them to be more deeply aware of their mission and duty. We have also organized the campaign so as to educate and awaken the people in the region concerned and the officials of the agricultural guidance organs to follow the fighting spirit of the service personnel so that they could manage and take good care of the precious land in their region with much effort.
Our army fully displayed once again the infinite loyalty and fighting spirit of the revolutionary army true to the trust and expectation of the Party in the rehabilitation of natural disaster as well by carrying forward the proud tradition with which it has gone through fire and water to resolutely implement the orders and instructions of the Party Central Committee. This time, in particular, the relevant combat subunits of Units 2623, 863 and 974 of the KPA have displayed their tremendous militant might.
Besides, all the agricultural officials and workers should turn out as one in the struggle for attaining this year's goal of grain production once again and carry out scientific and scrupulous manuring and cultivation for minimizing the damage by disastrous climate and ensuring stable growth of crops so as to make a success of rich harvest at all farms across the country, he added.
Looking around at the Ogye and Wollang Farms in Anbyon County which have shown their new looks thanks to the patriotic devotion of the KPA,
