The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, met major commanding officers of the overseas operations unit of the Korean People's Army, who returned home to participate in the ceremony for awarding official commendations of the DPRK, at the headquarters building of the Party Central Committee on August 20.
