  A groundbreaking ceremony of heralding the start of the construction of regional development policy project in the new year took place in Unryul County on January 29.
  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, attended the ceremony.
  He made a significant speech at the ceremony.
