President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, paid a congratulatory visit to a combined unit under the mechanized infantry division of the Korean People's Army in the western area to encourage its service personnel on April 25 on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
