The factory secured data on the information of standards of the world-recognized building parts and confirmed rational production methods and technical indexes on their basis, introducing them into production.
Along with this, it has been fully furnished with over 10 kinds of means for analysis and test measurement such as salt-tolerant water spray tester and concrete setting timer for scientific quality control.
The producers always pay deep attention to the process inspection, inspection for shipment, packing, keeping and maintenance, well aware of the technical requirements for quality control.
Engineer Kim Jin Hun said standard information and quality control play an important role in improving the quality of building parts, and continued:
''It is impossible to ensure the quality of products correctly if the quality of raw materials and products is not analyzed properly even though the producers have high technical knowledge and skills.
The factory has found the way to improve the quality of products in furnishing itself with modern measuring equipment and introducing them into production and is doing the work by depending on its own technical forces. First of all, it puts together all the opinions of the units relying on our products and on this basis, chooses right items of measuring equipment before making them.''
The recently-developed polymer-cement complex waterproof paint is popular among the users as it is an excellent product with technical specifications corresponding to the international standard.
Today, too, the producers of the factory are pooling their creative wisdom, regarding the standard information and scientific quality control as an important issue for improving the quality.
