Entities of socialist civilization are being built one after another in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea thanks to the plan of the Workers' Party of Korea on the overall development of the state and its energetic leadership.
In August, a modern offshore farm and a fishing-village residential district were wonderfully built on the east coast of Korea.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the farm and the residential district on August 26, 2025 and said we should never be satisfied in the work for the people.
And he noted that even though the production buildings and dwelling houses built here are excellent, more wonderful monumental entities that surpass them should be constructed in future. He set forth the important tasks to be carried out in steadily pushing ahead with the construction of regional-industry factories and rural dwelling houses on a high level.
It is his desire to make the people happiest in the world.
