The Method of Service He Taught
There is a spectacles shop at the Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital in Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The shop not only makes spectacles according to scientific diagnosis and prescription but also sells those with various styles and functions according to the tastes of people, sex and ages.
One day in October 2016, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the newly-built Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital.

That day, he dropped in at the spectacles shop built at the hospital and was satisfied to see different kinds of specs, assembly parts and optical equipment filling the display counters.
Seeing an assistant choose a pair of glasses for an official and help him put them on, he asked her to explain how she had chosen them.
Hearing her say that they shouldn't be small for his occupation, Kim Jong Un said the service workers at the spectacles shop should know how to pick out the glasses according to features of customers. And he told that they should sell the glasses according to the features of people; those with thick or thin eyebrows and those with wide or narrow space between eyes.
When the assistant picked out another glasses for an official, he asked her again how she had chosen them.
She told him that his eyebrows were thin and so she chose the glasses of thick colour with plastic sides lest they should be eroded by sweat.
Listening to her, Kim Jong Un smiled brightly and said with affection that she is an eyebrow expert.
Both the officials and assistant felt a lump in their throats, looking up to him who had the wonderful shop built and was so concerned about it lest there should be any defects in its service activities.
