  It is the determination of the Party to build such rural villages not only in the city of Samjiyon but in all other parts of the country. This is not a pipe dream but our task and goal. It is an undertaking to be carried out in our generation at any cost.
  Kim Jong Un expressed his firm resolve to completely change the rural villages throughout the country, not just the city of Samjiyon, as he has an iron will to provide the people with lasting wealth and happier living conditions without fail, no matter how difficult it may be.
