  "Reading the minds of the officials, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said the analysis of the successive meteorological and climatic data of the Yangdok area shows that it snows three days longer and the temperature is lower than the Masikryong area. Therefore, the Yangdok area is better than the Masikryong area for building a skiing ground, he added.
  He had studied lots of meteorological and climatic data in detail in order to build a skiing ground at the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort."
