113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung marked at DPRK missions abroad
Receptions, meetings, film shows, book and photo exhibitions and other events took place at the missions of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Shenyang and Dandong of China, Viet Nam, Laos, Mongolia, Singapore, Iran, India, Cambodia, Kuwait, Thailand, Pakistan, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Nigeria, South Africa, Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela, the DPRK permanent mission to the UN Office and international organizations in Geneva and the DPRK permanent mission to the United Nations between April 8 and 22 on the occasion of the 113th birth anniversary of the great leader Kim Il Sung.
Invited to the events were personages of the government, parliament, political parties, organizations and institutions and foreign diplomatic envoys in those countries. Officials of the DPRK missions were on hand.
Screened at the film shows were documentaries dealing with the great personality of Kim Il Sung and video programs showing the proud reality of the DPRK which ushers in a new era of overall development of socialism under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and the invincibility of Juche Korea that has emerged victorious with single-hearted unity.
Speeches were made at the events.
