Talks held between Ministers of Culture of DPRK and Russian Federation






Talks between Sung Jong Gyu, Minister of Culture of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, were held at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on June 29.
Present at the talks on the DPRK side were Vice-Minister of Culture Pak Kyong Chol and officials concerned and on the opposite side, leading members of the delegation of the Russian Ministry of Culture and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the DPRK.
The talks made an in-depth discussion of concrete articles for expanding and strengthening exchanges and cooperation in the field of culture between the two countries.
Then, the 2025--2027 plan of cultural cooperation between the Ministries of Culture of the DPRK and the Russian Federation was signed.
