Nampho Shipyard resolved to build "Choe Hyon"-class destroyer No. 3 until founding anniversary of WPK next year
Workers at the Nampho Shipyard made a resolve to build another new-type destroyer until October 10, the founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea, in 2026.
A meeting of the employees of the shipyard for building "Choe Hyon"-class destroyer No. 3 was held on the spot on the 21st.
Present at the meeting were Jo Chun Ryong, Secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, and workers and technicians at the Nampho Shipyard and in the field of shipbuilding industry.
Manager of the Nampho Shipyard Yun Chi Gol, in a report, touched on the pride of the workers of the shipyard who wonderfully built the first multi-mission destroyer of the new generation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea by honourably implementing the decision of the plenary meetings of the Party Central Committee and expressed the unshakable will of the entire officials and employees of the shipyard to achieve miraculous successes in building another new-type warship.
