Letter to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from members of expeditionary group of GAKC for study tour of revolutionary battle sites in Mt. Paektu area
The letter said:
We, reflecting the unanimous mind of the entire members of the General Association of Koreans in China and other China-resident Koreans, make a deep bow of thanks to you who took kind measures for us to make a study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in Mt. Paektu, the sacred mountain of the revolution, in this significant month greeting the 80th August 15 and showed warm affection to every corner of our life during the tour.
You granted a special favour to all members of the expeditionary group that came back to Pyongyang after the study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu so that we could enjoy the socialist civilization to our heart's content at the Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Area, a cultural recreation resort for the people, and let us sit in the front rows at the venue of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of national liberation.
During our visit, we keenly felt that our homeland is the country where the people's wishes become the cherished desire of the Party and state and are realized without fail despite any difficulties.
We will strengthen the General Association of Koreans in China as a dignified overseas Koreans' organization of Juche Korea and an organization of patriotic compatriots that faithfully supports only your leadership and make an active contribution to the work for glorifying the traditional DPRK-China friendship.
We, representing the boundless respect and loyalty of all the Koreans in China, sincerely wish you good health, the letter said.
