Lao President leaves Pyongyang
  Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, left Pyongyang on the 8th after paying a congratulatory visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea at the invitation of Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
  The national flags of the DPRK and the Lao People's Democratic Republic were fluttering on the flagpoles at the Pyongyang International Airport and guards of honour of the Korean People's Army were standing at the apron in front of the terminal.
  Thongloun Sisoulith was warmly sent off by Kim Song Nam, Alternate Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and Director of the International Department of the Party Central Committee, and Im Chon Il, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK.
