Houses and public and production buildings built in North Hamgyong Province
The first meeting of moving into new houses was held at the Changthae Stockbreeding Farm in the city of Hoeryong in August this year marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea. Afterwards, agricultural workers moved into new houses in more than 10 cities, counties and districts of the province including Ranam, Songphyong and Chongam districts in the city of Chongjin, the city of Kim Chaek, and Kilju, Kyongsong and Orang counties.
A meeting of moving into new houses took place at the Samhyang Farm in Orang County, and an inaugural ceremony of public and production buildings at the Yombun Farm in Kyongsong County.
Present there were officials of the Party and power organs in North Hamgyong Province, Orang County and Kyongsong County, builders and agricultural workers.
Art performances were given in celebration of the removal into new houses and the inauguration.
At the end of the events, the participants looked round the farm villages.
