Socialist emulation between Ragwon County and Sinpho City offshore farms declared
  A meeting was held in the city of Hamhung on the 22nd to declare a socialist emulation between the Ragwon County Offshore Farm and the Sinpho City Offshore Farm for revitalizing the shallow-sea culture.
  It was attended by Pak Hyon Chol, Chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned and those of the farms.
  The meeting heard an explanation about the greatness of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who had the new model bases of offshore farming built wonderfully in the city of Sinpho and Ragwon County.
  Outlines of the socialist emulation between the Ragwon County and Sinpho City offshore farms were made public and concluding remarks made.
