The letter said the meeting was held to hear a report from the 35th art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan when the community of the compatriots is wrapped in joy and excitement, grateful for the favour of Marshal Kim Jong Un who showed his paternal love to be told down through generations again to the children of Koreans in Japan participating in the performance for the New Year 2026, and continued:
The greatest love and care shown to the art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan are the honour and happiness given to all the officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and other Korean compatriots; they are a fortune and privilege that can be enjoyed only by the Koreans in Japan who are living as family members of the motherland led by Marshal Kim Jong Un.
We will make a substantial progress in the whole patriotic work of the first year of the 10-year struggle, upholding the revolutionary idea and leadership of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un with all possible efforts this year, a historic year when the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 26th Congress.of Chongryon which will present its clear goals and strategies in the new period of struggle are to be held.
