Decree of DPRK SPA Standing Committee issued
  The Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea issued on January 29 decree No. 2,100 on instituting a new street and dongs in the Hwasong area.
  The decree said Saeppyol Street in praise of the brilliant feats of combatants in overseas military operations and a large architectural group forming a landscape of socialist civilization have been magnificently built in the Hwasong area thanks to the grand plan and energetic leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea to turn Pyongyang into a world-class civilized city.
  It noted that Saeppyol Street shall be instituted in the Hwasong area and Saeppyol-dong, Songam-dong, Hwawon-dong No. 3, Kumnung-dong No. 3, Chonggye-dong No. 1, Chonggye-dong No. 2 and Chonggye-dong No. 3 in Hwasong District.
