DPRK wrestlers back home
  Players of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea returned home after taking part in the 2026 International Wrestling Tournament for Ivan Yargin Cup held in Krasnoyarsk of Russia.
  The tournament brought together more than 500 excellent men and women players from over 20 countries including the DPRK, Russia, Mongolia and Uzbekistan. The DPRK players bagged eight medals including five gold medals.
  Won Myong Gyong, Choe Hyo Gyong, Son Il Sim, Kim Ok Ju and Pak Sol Gum came first in the 50-kilogram, 53-kilogram, 57-kilogram, 62-kilogram and 68-kilogram events of women's wrestling respectively, winning gold medals.
  On the other hand, O Kyong Ryong and Hong Pyol came second in the 53-kilogram and 57-kilogram events of women's wrestling respectively and Han Chong Song third in the 57-kilogram freestyle wrestling event.
  The wrestlers who came back after glorifying the honour of the motherland were greeted by their families as well as officials in the field of sports and sportspeople at the Pyongyang International Airport on the 4th.
