Greetings to Ninth Congress of WPK from CC, CPV
  The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam recently sent a message of greetings to the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
  The message extended warm congratulations to the Ninth Congress of the WPK, General Secretary Kim Jong Un and the entire participants in the congress and congratulated the WPK on the great successes it made in the work for socialist construction and development of the state by leading the fraternal Korean people.
  It expressed the belief that the Ninth Congress of the WPK would be an important milestone confirming the orientation for victoriously attaining the goals set by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to achieve socio-economic development and improve the people's living.
  It hoped that the traditional relations of friendship between the two parties, two countries and two peoples of Viet Nam and the DPRK would be consolidated and developed day by day.
