Overseas Koreans' comments on elections of deputies to 15th SPA
Overseas Koreans staying in the socialist homeland took part in the elections of deputies to the 15th Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on Sunday.
On the election day, they cast their votes at Sub-constituency No. 17 of Constituency No. 22 with the pride and dignity of being overseas citizens of the DPRK.
Ri Sun Nam, First Vice-Chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, said there are many countries in the world and each country has its sovereignty but not to be found are such popular sovereignty and people's system as those of the government of the DPRK that ensure the independent dignity and interests of the working masses on the highest level.
As the leader is great, the country is powerful and the dignity of its people shines, he said and added that the DPRK will prosper forever under the leadership of the respected MarshalKim Jong Un , the greatest man.
Member Ryang Kum Hae and Vice-Chairman Ko Yong Sok of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China noted that the elections fully displayed the firm faith and will of the Korean people to open up the phase of a new upsurge in the comprehensive development of socialism following MarshalKim Jong Un . They stressed that the DPRK, which thoroughly applies the people-first principle to the overall state activities, will demonstrate its might as an invincible socialist state in the future, too.
