Efforts concentrated on development of education in South Hwanghae Province
The province organized the excellent teaching guidance forces with teachers of the provincial teachers' training institute and the city and county teachers' in-service training centres and made full preparations before dispatching them to the rural schools in the province.
The teaching guidance forces are actively generalizing excellent teaching methods and experience by securing different kinds of data, making multimedia programs and giving model lessons to substantially contribute to improving the qualifications of the teachers at rural schools. On the other hand, they are carrying out other undertakings properly to raise the level of education at rural schools.
