Active efforts made to create generating capacity
The Samsu County People's Committee is finishing the repairs of dams and generators of power stations in the township and other places including Sokgol-ri this year to restore the original performance of generators and raise their generating efficiency.
It has also set a goal for building a number of power stations across the Soktongchon in Chonghung-ri and is making technical preparations for its attainment in a substantial way.
The committee regards it as an important link for increased production of electricity to readjust the overall electric power networks and remove the dangerous places in the county and is promoting it in a planned way.
