Recently, researchers of the State Hydro-Meteorological Administration have actively developed and used advanced technology such as the artificial intelligence technology to raise the proportion of guess of disastrous weather forecast and its scientific level. They have also developed a county-level downpour and flood early warning system and introduced it into all parts of the country, so that it can substantially prove effective in ensuring the scientific accuracy and promptness of the weather forecast.
A series of successes are achieved in the work for improving the service of information of marine meteorology.
