Receptions given at DPRK missions abroad
  Receptions for commemorating the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea were given at the missions of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk of Russia, Shenyang and Dandong of China, Vietnam, Laos, Mongolia, India, Indonesia, Austria, Italy, South Africa, Algeria, Egypt, Mexico and other countries.
  Invited to the receptions were figures of the governments, parliaments, political parties, organizations and institutions of the given countries and foreign diplomatic representatives in different countries. Present there were staff members of the DPRK missions.
  Speeches were made at the receptions.
