Delegation of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs lays wreath at Liberation Tower
  The delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation led by Minister Vladimir Kolokoltev placed a wreath at the Liberation Tower in Pyongyang on Wednesday.
  Present on the occasion were Kim Song Nam, Vice-Minister of Public Security of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in the DPRK.
  Guards of honour of the Korean People's Army were standing at the Liberation Tower.
  The national anthems of the Russian Federation and the DPRK were played.
  Amid the playing of the wreath-laying music, a wreath was laid before the tower in the name of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
  The visitors observed a moment's silence in memory of the martyrs of the Soviet Army before looking round the tower.
  They also visited the cemetery of fallen soldiers of the Soviet Army in Sadong District of Pyongyang and placed a wreath and bouquets there.
