Efforts concentrated on strengthening material and technical foundations of agricultural sector
The province is pushing ahead with the invention and manufacture of farm machines and their technical reconstruction, and the production and reinforcement of medium and small farm tools simultaneously while inducing all farms to build database of advanced agricultural sci-tech successes.
It set model units in cities and counties and made substantial preparations for farming, thus finishing the construction of more than 130 greenhouses for protected seedling cultivation. It also made a progress in the work for widely introducing the paddy-field fish breeding as well.
The province enabled the cities and counties to make full preparations for the use of tractors, cultivators and farm implements through the exhibitions of tractors and medium and small farm tools.
