61st National Art Festival of Schoolchildren closes
The participants in the festival held under the loving care of the respected fatherly Marshal
Pyongyang Municipality came first in total, South Phyongan Province second and North Hamgyong Province third at the festival.
Its closing ceremony was held at the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace in Pyongyang on the 13th. Citation of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League was awarded to the organizations and schoolchildren that proved successful at the festival. Paek Un Chol, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, made a closing address.
