Events held to congratulate successful holding of Ninth Congress of WPK and 14th Congress of CPV
A photo exhibition and a friendly gathering took place at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on the 14th, which were arranged by the embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in congratulation of the successful holding of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Seen in the exhibition hall were photographs showing the immortal exploits performed by the great leadersKim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the development of the friendly relations between the two parties and the two countries together with the party and state leaders of Vietnam.
Invited to the events were Pak Sang Gil, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and officials concerned.
Present there were Le Hoai Trung, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and his party on a visit to the DPRK as the special envoy of To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Le Ba Binh and staff members of his embassy.
The participants looked round the photographs on display.
