Jo Yong Won meets special envoy of Vietnamese President
Jo Yong Won, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and First Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, met Le Hoai Trung, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee
of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Foreign Minister of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam, on a visit to the DPRK as the special envoy of the General Secretary of the
Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam, at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on the 15th.
He had talks with Le Hoai Trung.
Present at the talks were DPRK Vice-Foreign Minister Pak Sang Gil, officials concerned, the party of the special envoy and Le Ba Binh, Vietnamese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the DPRK.
