Young people in North Hwanghae Province volunteer to work at major sites of socialist construction
A meeting was held at the North Hwanghae Provincial Art Theatre to congratulate the volunteers.
Present there were officials concerned, youth league officials and young people.
Certificates were awarded to the volunteers and congratulatory address and speeches made at the meeting.
