Jo Yong Won meets Vietnamese Minister of Public Security

Jo Yong Won, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, First Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, met and talked with Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam who paid a courtesy call on him, at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on the 15th.
