"Intensive Workshop of Officials in Field of Construction--2026" takes place
The "Intensive Workshop of Officials in the Field of Construction--2026" took place in the capital city of Pyongyang between the 13th and the 17th.
The intensive workshop was aimed at preparing all the officials in the field of construction as competent commanding personnel leading the construction revolution in the new era with high political and practical qualifications suited to the requirements of the period of overall development.
Present there were officials and commanders of those units in charge of major construction projects, officials in charge of designing, construction, building-materials production and supervision, officials of the Cabinet, the Ministry of Construction and Building-Materials Industry, the Ministry of State Construction Control, the National Designing Administration and the Pyongyang Construction Commission and officials of relevant department of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Kim Jong Gwan, Secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, made an opening address.
Instructions given by the respected ComradeKim Jong Un in relation to the field of construction was courteously conveyed.
Then short courses were given to deal with issues arising in thoroughly implementing the Party's policy on optimizing the architectural design.
During the workshop the participants watched a program which introduced efficient and advanced construction methods, building materials, modern construction equipment and tools and there was a demonstration at the construction site of the Kangnam County Leisure Complex in the city of Pyongyang.
