Over the 77 years after the new China was founded, the Chinese people have made constant and strenuous efforts in single-minded unity under the firm leadership of the Communist Party of China to work two miracles of fast development of the economy and long stability of the society and attained as scheduled the goal of extensively building a basically rich society and are vigorously advancing toward a goal for building a modern socialist power in an all-out way.
China and the DPRK are linked by mountain and river and it is clear characteristics of the China-DPRK relations all the time that they are friendly generation after generation and defend and help each other while sharing the destiny.
The Chinese side has the willingness to glorify the traditional China-DPRK friendship, consolidate the mutual political confidence, expand and develop the working cooperation and make close communication and concord together with the DPRK side and thus improve the well-being of the two peoples and make an active contribution to the regional and global peace and development.
The message expressed the conviction that the socialist cause of Korea would constantly open a new phase for sure under the firm leadership of the WPK headed by General Secretary
