New villages built at Pongjuk and Sunhak farms in Kosong County
Diverse forms of low- and single-storied houses have been built at the Pongjuk and Sunhak farms at the foot of the celebrated Mt. Kumgang in Kosong County of Kangwon Province.
A meeting was held at the Pongjuk Farm on the 19th with the attendance of officials of Kangwon Province and Kosong County, builders and agricultural workers to move into new houses.
An address was given, permits for using the houses were conveyed and speeches made at the meeting.
Then the farmers moved into the new houses and the merry peasant dance was done and a congratulatory performance given. Officials called on farmers to congratulate them.
