Inaugural ceremony of Hoeyang Army-People Power Station held with splendour
  An inaugural ceremony of the Hoeyang Army-People Power Station was held with splendour in Kangwon Province on November 20.
  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, was present at the ceremony.
  He made a significant speech.
