Designing sector promotes regional development
  Officials and designers in the designing sector create fresh and unique architectural designs in hearty response to the Juche-based architectural idea of the Workers' Party of Korea, making an active contribution to the regional development for hastening the new era of regional rejuvenation.
  Provincial designing institutes including the Kangwon and South Hamgyong provincial designing institutes have finished many sectional tasks on a high level by powerfully conducting the work to create designs now that gigantic construction projects are carried on simultaneously.
