Passing-on-technique for operation of leisure complexes promoted
  Units concerned are actively promoting the preparations for operation of the leisure complexes under construction in all parts of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
  The Non-Permanent Central Committee for Promoting the Regional Development 20×10 Policy mapped out a detailed plan of short courses for services of every type and strengthened the organizational work for its implementation in close cooperation with the training units in the capital city and the provinces.
  Lecturers and researchers at the Grand People's Study House and the Sci-Tech Complex in Pyongyang and technicians from upper organs at the e-libraries in the regions concerned are transferring techniques to the officials and employees in the field of library such as data management, information service and book service.
  Passing-on-technique for improving the quality of commercial, catering and welfare services is also gaining momentum.
